4th Year Anniversary of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict
4 December 2022
On the occasion of the 4th Year Anniversary of Executive Order No. 70 creating the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict, we express our gratitude to the Filipino people for embracing our whole-of-nation framework for the attainment of a just and lasting peace by ending the local communist armed conflict.
We commend our colleagues in the public service who courageously stepped up to accept the challenge posed by the NTF-ELCAC thru the operationalization of the twelve clusters whose primary goal is to bring the government and its component projects and social services to communities that have long been plagued by conflict and strife.
The NTF-ELCAC will always be thankful to the former cadres of the CPP-NDF-NPA who chose the path of peace by joining us in our advocacy to win the peace by ending the local communist armed conflict.
We honor the memory of our colleagues in the uniformed services who have paid the ultimate sacrifice by giving their lives in the altar of freedom and democracy. They shall forever be remembered by a grateful nation.
Their sacrifices paid in blood will not be in vain.
Much has been accomplished by our collective efforts under the NTF-ELCAC framework.
Peace is possible.
Peace is winnable.
As we celebrate the 4th Year Anniversary of the NTF-ELCAC, we renew our commitment to our people and to one another.
We will pursue peace as a nation, as a people, and as public servants who aspire for a Philippines that is worth living for.
Mabuhay ang NTF-ELCAC!
MABUHAY ang Pilipinas!
Mabuhay ang nagkakaisang lahing Pilipino!
