At least 24 suspects behind the bomb and gun attack in Masbate City that killed Far Eastern University football player Kieth Absalon and his relative Nolven are now facing murder complaints, the Police Regional Office 5 said on Wednesday.

Frustrated murder complaints were also filed against the suspects for Nolven's son, Chrysvine Daniel Absalon, who sustained injuries but survived the incident.

(Our responsibility does not end with the filing of cases against the suspects but we should be more persistent in giving the family of the victims justice and peace of mind for the community.)

The PRO5 thanked the community members who coordinated with the police to shed light on the incident.
