On the giving of One Young World Politician of the Year Award to KABATAAN PARTYLIST Rep. Sarah Elago

Rep. Sarah Elago is the Chairperson of the National Union of Students of the Philippines which is a front of the Kabataang Makabayan, an underground organization of a group that has been declared a terrorist group by the US, UK, the EU, New Zealand, Australia and the Philippines, the CPP NPA (to include the NDF).

She, too, is representative of the Kabataan party which also fronts for the CPP NPA NDF, responsible for recruiting our youth--a lot of them minors--into this same terrorist group and where thousands upon thousands of them have died while fighting for a cause they'd been duped to believe was real and legitimate.

She sits in the National Youth and Student Bureau which is under the Central Committee of the terrorist CPP. This makes Rep Sarah Elago a high ranking member of the CPP NPA NDF.

In a landmark complaint pending before the Department of Justice, Rep. Sarah Elago is accused of the following grave offenses: #1, violation of RA 11188 or the Special Protection of Children in situations of armed conflict, #2, Kidnapping and failure to return a minor under Article 270 of the Revised Penal Code, #3 Violation of the 7610 or the Anti-Child Abuse Law, #4 Violation of RA 9851 of the Philippine Act on crime against the International Humanitarian Law, genocide and other laws against humanity which are all pending before the Department of Justice. # 5 The Writ of Amparo and #6 Writ of Habeas Corpus pending before the Supreme Court. For all those cases filed against her and are pending before our courts, the frightening thing is these cases are truly just the tip of the iceberg of the grievous harm this person has caused the Filipino people.

This award is therefore a slap on the face of the Filipino people on whom Rep Sarah Elago has directly harmed by the violent ideology she espouses.

It is salt rubbed in the raw wounds of mothers who roam this earth searching for children this person had a direct hand in radicalizing and who lost their way while following the lead of this terrorist group they had made the fatal mistake of joining. It is caustic acid thrown in the gaping wounds of the hearts of the Filipino people whose children are fair game to this predator.

One Young World wants young leaders who "accelerate social change", but it has to first ask what kind of social change is being pushed because Sarah Elago is pushing a violent and obsolete Maoist Leninist Marxist insurrectionist agenda promulgated by an ageing communist terrorist holed away in Utrecht.

She may be young, but her agenda is decrepit and violent, and to line her up with deserving youth leaders is a grave insult and horrific injustice not only to these leaders who have pushed for positive social change in their respective countries but is an affront to humanity in its entirety.
